Quality newsletters with your logo and colours
We design the newsletters using your logo and artwork. The headlines and panels will be in your firm’s colours to emphasise your corporate brand. You will be able to list your services and contact details.
Many firms like to include photos of the partners and we can do this for you at no extra cost.
The end result is a newsletter which perfectly reflects your corporate brand, is professionally written and designed to the highest standards.
All this yet our prices are only a fraction of what you would have to pay if you had to commission all the articles yourself from scratch and then hire in a firm to design the newsletter and provide all the photos.
Add your own own articles and ads
You can include articles of your own if you wish so you can highlight developments within your firm or promote a particular service. There is no charge for including one of your own articles in the 4-page or 8-page newsletters.
There is a small extra charge for including further articles or photos, usually about £20 depending on the complexity of the extra design work required.
You can also include an ad for specific services, surgeries or forthcoming seminars at no extra cost.
Print the newsletters or distribute by email
The newsletters are sent to you as ready to print high resolution pdfs with all the necessary crop marks and printer’s instructions.
We also supply a pdf version which is suitable for posting on your website or sending out as an email attachment.
Free articles for your website or blog
In addition to all this, at no extra cost, we also supply you with several articles each month for you to place on your website as news updates or as a blog.
It means that by subscribing to our quarterly newsletters, you not only get a first class fully designed newsletter suitable for printing and sending out by email, you also get material for your website to keep it up-to-date and more attractive to clients.
Private Client Newsletters
Our Private Client Newsletters cover subjects that will be of interest to your private clients.
They contain articles relating to services such as wills and probate, trusts, matrimonial and cohabiting, family, buying and selling a home, personal injury, clinical negligence, employment, inheritance, litigation, lasting power of attorney, living wills, professional negligence.
Business Client Newsletters
Our Business Client Newsletters cover subjects that will be of interest to businesses and employers.
They contain articles relating to services such as commercial property, company law, contracts, commercial litigation, landlord and tenant, commercial law, employment, buying and selling a business, disputes, professional negligence, licensing, development.
Both the Business Client and the Private Client Newsletters are available as four page or two page A4 formats.
Selection of articles
Each newsletter will contain articles drawn from the relevant subjects listed above. You can choose the subject areas you wish to include or exclude for a small additional charge, usually as little as £15, depending on how many subjects you wish to exclude.
This means that if you want a private client newsletter but you don’t provide personal injury as one of your services then we can remove personal injury articles from your newsletter.
Similarly, if you want a business client newsletter but you don’t cover litigation then we can remove articles on that subject.
Not all subjects in the list above will be covered in each newsletter but we shall try to reflect most areas over the course of the year.
Combined Newsletters
Many of our clients subscribe to both our Business Client and our Private Client newsletters. Some, however, prefer to take a combined newsletter featuring articles from both sections.
We are happy to provide 4-page combined newsletters that reflect both your business and private client services.
Bespoke newsletters
Most clients are happy with our standard and customised newsletters but some prefer to produce something that is completely bespoke to them.
If you would prefer a bespoke newsletter then please let us know the kind of style and approach you have in mind. We’ll be happy to help and provide a quote.
We are also happy to discuss ways to further customise our standard newsletters in addition to the ways outlined above.
Alterations and Amendments
Clients are always sent a draft of the newsletter before printing. In the unlikely event that any of the articles contain any factual errors then we will correct them immediately at no extra charge.
You will never be put in a situation where you are sending out an article you believe to be incorrect.
Subscription
There is no minimum subscription term. If you choose to subscribe for 12 months, ie four quarterly newsletters, there is no set up charge.
However, if you only want to take a one-off newsletter or subscribe for only a few editions then there will be a set-up fee of £150 to cover the cost of creating your newsletter template with your corporate branding.
